Yin Yoga is a gentle, cooling practice inviting you to journey inwards to open and explore. Find your edge; that subtle balance between the yin and the yang, the masculine and the feminine, the stillness in the chaos and the comfort in the discomfort. The longer held poses in Yin Yoga allow us work beyond the muscles; deep into the connective tissue, the organs and the meridian lines allowing us to take the time to tune in and listen to our bodies. ☆Move through this practice with patience, care and curiosity. ☆Increase your mobility and delve into the deeper expressions of each posture. ☆Allow yourself to ‘just be’ where you are. ☆Explore your perceived limitations and release what no longer serves you. Through regularly practicing Yin Yoga you will be learning something new, not just about your body, but about your mind, and about yourself.
