Session Info
During this session, you will be introduced to the traditional pranayama (breathing) practices, vinyasa sequences that enhance your range of motion, creating a sense of freedom in your body. You have the option to focus either on your lower body / upper body flexibility, or taking a full body stretching direction. Your breath will be your compass through deep expanding exercises, respecting your individual needs. While we stretch and move our body, it is common for stored feelings to arise.You will have the safe space and time to process them. Ending our session, we delve into restorative poses, self massage and our well deserved savasana.
